Location and overall hotel facilities are very good, staff is amazing and very attentive

All was OK

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfy. Kushal took great care of us and even managed to help return some personal items to me that I had left behind at the hotel. I cannot thank him enough. Location is also fantastic 👌

The stay was very pleasant. Location was perfect and the staff was very kind and helpful

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in a quiet location on the SW edge of Thamel.

Spacious room for 3 people, generously sized bathroom. Staff were very attentive an friendly.

Only down side is that was on the 3rd floor with no lifts requiring you to walk up (not a biggie if expected).

The staff here are incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. After staying at several different properties in Thamel, this one is by far my absolute favorite overall. Thamel is known for being very noisy with nearby bars and nightlife, but this hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley, offering a perfect peaceful escape right in the heart of the action. If you want a comfortable stay without the loud street noise, this is the best place to be. I would definitely stay here again!
