Расположение просто превосходное! С Руставели 1 минута. Недалеко есть бар и кофейня. Тихий дворик. Не шумно. Есть кондиционер, стиральная машина, холодильник, телевизор, вайфай

Было бы здорово, если бы поменяли матрас: проваливались, много шума от кровати, непонятное одеяло. Туалет протекает Непонятный неприятный запах в комнате

Для своей цены и учитывая местоположение - это хороший вариант. В общем если не ожидать современного оснащения, то можно тут остановится.

Но нужно учитывать, что это очень старый дом и апартаменты находятся в пристройке внутри двора, в этом есть свой вайб чисто грузинский, но не для всех. Душевая очень маленькая и неудобная, кухня с очень древним оборудованием, как и часть мебели.
