Happy Place with kitchenette- female only

The hosts were soooooo kind and friendly! I was a bit worried since the price was very low. But nothing to worry! The room has a fridge, microwave, free coffee and tea, and small tablewares. She also provides big towels. The room and the bathroom are both very clean, too.

The house itself is not really sound-proof. I can hear the TV sound or kids playing on the street. It didn't affect me a lot, but I guess it can be stressful to those that are sensitive to sound.

Both hosts were so friendly and kind. The room was spotless and had fantastic facilities. I would highly recommend!

It was my own space and there were a lot of facilities

The first night was noisy but then wasn’t too bad.

The location was ideal for us as we had an event at Crystal Palace Park, so we were able to walk to the venue from the B&B. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding was fresh and clean. We were made to feel welcome and safe.

This is a personal preference but I am not a fan of shared bathrooms however this was ok as it was just me and my niece staying for one night so i was aware it was shared when booking, but as i said it was for one night. It was clean and tidy, so that was a bonus. No other guests were staying, and the property owners left us to things and didn't feel we were intruding.

A perfect stay for me due to a long journey home from London. I was met and directed to the property, which was helpful.The room was well equipped with everything you'd need for a short stay, and I was provided with snacks. Having Prime and Netflix was a bonus.

The noise level did get a bit high due to the football, but I did manage to get to sleep eventually. Need to mention that you'll have to use a shared bathroom, which was all very clean and well maintained.

Owners are very sweet people. They were very helpful and kind. It was nice to have them near us if we needed something. The beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you for letting us stay in their lovely home. I wish them all the best. Charllise B. Larden
