"Lovely stay on the beach"

Superb location right on the beach. Spacious and comfortable. Well equipped new kitchen. All clean and well maintained. East Wittering village has a good selection of restaurants and independent shops as well as two small supermarkets.

Too many emails prior to stay. Some from booking.com, some from the host and some from fresh air holidays. Just one explaining how to get in would have been enough. It would be helpful to have blackout curtains/blinds in the bedrooms. The shutters don't keep the light out.

"Unbeatable location"

Location fantastic, amazing views from all windows, a short stroll to the beach and the village. The fishmongers is amazing there. Beds comfortable. Agents responsive, dishwasher fixed the same day Will be back

"Restful, well needed break"

The apartment was spacious with a fully fitted kitchen, 2 large bedrooms and a good bathroom. it was clean, bright and the heating worked well. the view of the sea was spectacular. There was a pub and several restaurants close by which made us feel welcomed.

The weather wasn't as nice as we hoped

"I didn’t want to leave. Would stay again."

The property felt like home from home. Very clean and light. Everything you should need for a short stay was available. Beautiful sea view, quiet area in March. Close to local shops and restaurants.

The hot water for the shower went cold after a few minutes but maybe that was our fault for not switching on both tanks. Electric heaters in rooms needed, quite drying and clicking if on at night.

"Marvellous sea views, comfortable beds and lots of space"

A beautifully decorated and equipped apartment in a small, modern block directly overlooking the sea. My daughter and I stayed here for a couple of nights while attending a nearby calligraphy workshop. The perfect place to stay with on-site parking, nearby shops and a delicious bakery.

"Exceptional"

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. Everything was provided and spotlessly clean. Cannot fault it. Great communication from agent who were able to accommodate our early check in request. Great location on the seafront and a short walk to the village shops. Would definitely return.
