Good concept and nice design of the rooms but facilities are not maintained at all. Self check in Enough car parking possibilities on the premise

We had mold all over the bathroom ceiling, in the shower and on the walls in the room. So much, it was actually a health risk to stay there. Accordingly the smell and air in the room were not great. The air exhaust filter in the bathroom didn't suck out the moisture, so the air was very humid all the time. The water in the sink didn't drain at all, you couldn't wash your face without risking the sink overflowing. The shower doors couldn't be closed properly The towel holder and toilet paper holder were broken off the wall. The breakfast was very simple and there were moths all over the walls in the kitchen area which didn't seem hygienic at all. Summary: The overall concept is great but the rooms are not rentable at all because it looks and feels like they haven't been maintained or looked after in years. Even after reaching out to the host and sending pictures of all the mold they just answered with "thanks for the valuable feedback, sorry for the inconvenience" no offering of a refund or solution to the problems.

Wc faltava resguardo, quarto com imenso barulho de carros na rua e ouvia-se a entrada de pessoas durante toda a noite. O pequeno almoço foi péssimo pois não tinha pratos, não havia sumo de laranja (tinha acabado e não foi reposto), nao havia pão ou qqr outro tipo de comida, só 3 fatias de pão de forma para 2 pessoas comerem, fatias fininhas de queijo e fiambre pouco frescas, não havia colheres para o café nem chávena de café (1 apenas para tanta gente), decepcionante.

Localização excelente, estacionamento dentro da propriedade, quarto confortável, self checkin funcionou na perfeição!

Apenas o barulho do trânsito mas faz parte!

Ce n’est pas un hôtel, mais une sorte de RBnB sans présence d’être humain ; il faut entrer avec un code ; pas de salle d’eau privative ; faire soi-même son PDJ … même si le propriétaire répond aux questions … déçus car nous pensions à un vrai hotel
