ELI's Apartments -Ultracentral near Palas

good location, close to the Palace; ok for a 3 nights stay

pictures a bit misleading (ex: on the balcony we did not find a table with chairs, as in the pictures). very small kitchen, we had to eat in the living room;

It is a great option for a short stay in Iasi. Great location - super close to the city center, and for a fantastic, unbeatable price! The apartment has a bathroom, a kitchen, a bedroom and a living rooom with a balcony, offering nice view over Iasi. It is on the 8th floor of an apartment building with an elevator. And there is a free parking place right near the entrance which is really convenient. The host is amazing: always helpful and available. You would love this apartment if you need a place just to relax, wash yourself and have some rest.

However, the apartment is very basic in some aspects. The kitchen, for example, is really small (though it has a small fridge, a double electric plate for cooking and a kettle), so it would be rather difficult to cook something substantial there, if you plan to.

Everything was excellent, the guides are very friendly and responsive. The apartment was clean, cosy, with a good location and a private parking spot.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, well-equipped and less than 10 minutes away from the city center. The host was polite and really helpful. When I checked out, I accidentally locked my phone inside the apartment. The host came rapidly and helped me retrieve my phone.

There was nothing wrong with the apartment. I would choose it again, even for a longer stay.
