House was spotlessly clean and full of character,large enough for what we needed as we traveled with grandchildren aged 15 and 12,each had their bedrooms.Nice to have both shower down stairs with toilet and upstairs bathroom with bath and toilet.Although there were 3 bedrooms from one of those bedrooms you had to walk through another bedroom to go to bathroom during the night if needed.most air b&b's in the UK there has been small welcoming pack containing milk tea coffee small cake or biscuits. There were things in the cupboard but think they were left from previous visitors. Would stay again .About 15 minutes walk into main centre and train station.

Bed hard but didnt effect our sleep but other may find them to hard ,near busy road so can hear traffic if windows left open .no English channels on the tv .

We realy like the house, we ve been there for business so we left in the morning and back in ithe night but I think it would be great to stay and vook and enjoy the property. The only problem for us was that it was a litle bit cold in the house and we didn t find the remotes for the air conditioners. We didn t ask thow. It was very nice, Thank you!

House is big on good location - train station and centre of Montecatini Terme are 15 minutes walking distance. There are two floors. Ground floor is ok, nice big kitchen, living room and bathroom. In kitchen is everything you need. But first floor is outdated with uncomfortable beds, there isn't shower upstairs only toilet.

House is very close to busy road, there isn't air conditioning and it was very hot. And hosts are indescribable. They refuse to give us entrance code in advance, so when we arrived in Montecatini we have to ask for it again. It's nice to drive several hours without knowing if we even have a chance to enter the property.

Good location, very clean, nice staff.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the kitchen is mandatory. Nights were horrible. The fan wasn't enough. We were staying in August.

Big rooms and a lot of space overall.
