Bueno a nosotros los que viajamos, a veces se nos olvidan cosas, y una de esas es el shampoo acondicionador y no había en la habitación, no había shampoo, no había acondicionador, me hubiera preferido que hubiera o que hubieran llenado los carros de los champús

I booked this room for my brother and his family. In his words it was very roomy, clean and the best hotel he has ever stayed at.

The staff member was rude. I didn't have enough towels or rags. No tissue. When a staff member was asked for rags towels and tissues their response was rude. The carpet was dirty. Bad smell on the fourth floor. I didn't like how one of the staff members came out and forced the kids out of the swimming area not being polite.
