"A great house with a very affordable price"

The house is spacious and has an A/C of which the latter is essential in Greek climate. Communicating with the host was fluent and quick. You can see the sea from the porch and the neighbourhood is quiet. The price-quality ratio is just superb. The condition, decoration and the equipment of the house is basic, but with under 30 euros per night one can't ask for anything else. I could think of staying there again if I come to Asprovalta again. Highly reccomended for budget travellers!
No complaints whatsoever.

The scenery was wonderful, its the epitome of peace and quiet. Perfect for older couples, people who want to relax without any interruption or families with small children. The yard is big and safe to let your kids play. The house itself was stocked with anything you might need. From blankets and sheets, to any plate, cup or utensil you can imagine!
There was a small issue with the AC, but the host was very nice about it and offered different solutions.

The house was big, 3 rooms and another one was a kitchen. Big balcony that goes around the house. There was shade on the balcony all day long. Great view from the house. The location is far from the beach, but no problem with the car. There was a very big fridge, oven tops, oven, almost everything you need in the kitchen. There were towels and linens in the drawers and wardrobe. Air conditioning was only in one room, but there were fans in the other rooms.
- There was no electric kettle - The bathroom and toilet were on the older side - The pillows were very hard, so bring your own

It is located in a quiet and peaceful place, as if you are in the village in your own house. Spacious with a nice view of the sea. The house has everything for cooking. The price-quality ratio is relevant. The beach below the house is not crowded and is very calm.
