Case Orlando_a city center Sicilian treat

Дуже гарні, стильні та затишні апарти. Хотілося фоткати кожен куточок. На кухні є все, що тільки можна уявити для готовки. Два туалети на одну спальню (це супер зручно). Велике зручне ліжко. Є балкон, вид з якого на головний залізничний вокзал - зручне розташування. Всього 1.5 км до набережної, тршки менше до ботанічного саду. Відносно недалеко є Лідл, та інші магазини.

Через близькість до вокзалу, під вікнами можна спостерігати безхатьок, які сплять прямо на лавочках під входом у підʼїзд. Через це посиденькі на балконі вже не такі казкові.

Boendet var i fint skick och bra med aircondition. Ligger även nära busstationen.

På bilderna är det en fin park men i verkligheten är den full av uteliggare och det är ganska lyhört i lägenheten och hela nätterna hör man glas gå sönder med mera från denna parken. Läget var centralt men man kände inte sig trygg.

Very smooth check in/ out process, lots of helpful tips for the area were also provided. Apartment had everything we needed and was easy to walk to the sights of Palermo. The hosts were always very easy to contact over message and very responsive, thank you!

AC units could have maybe been stronger given the heat but otherwise all fine!

It is a newly renovated little apartment. Everything is very tasteful done and looks impeccable. Location is also good, just outside the old center, very easily reached by foot in a few minutes. Has all amenities and the bed is comfortable. You also find parking in front if you come at a right time of the day (not around lunchtime). It was not a problem for us but the place is at the 5th floor and there is no lift. Cannot be easily reached if someone has a disability.

Our check-in was supposed to be at 14:00, then at 15:00, then we found out cleaning would only be done at 16:00. This can happen and the lady was really apologetic about it. She left the place spotless.

The quality of the apartment was beyond our expectations and great value for money. Comfy bed and everything we needed for our 2 day stay. The bakery/ coffee shop nearby was excellent, vibrant and friendly full of locals and tourists. The location was ideal for arriving by train as right next to the station. We could easily walk to all attractions, the food market being really close for street food also. For great value for money and quality we would recommend. Prepare yourselves for stairs as its on top floor although offset by nice glass of wine enjoyed on balcony.
