Brandon Hotel Conference & Leisure Centre

Breakfast was good, location was good and easy to get around town from the hotel. the first room I got was good. All the staff were very nice and friendly,

When I got back to the hotel around 11.30pm I couldn't get into my room as the lock wouldn't work, i had to get another room which wasn't as nice, very old.

Terrible

Rude staff, ignorant, smells like a gym. Staff aren’t friendly.

The location close to the city was excellent. I stayed there because I went to see the Celtic Steps show in the evening, and the show was excellent as well!

The hotel is showing its age and is not very well soundproofed. However, the bathrooms have already been modernized. The pool and sauna could also do with some renovation.

Location was excellent. Just a walk across a beautiful park to town centre. Quiet and peaceful.

Staff were excellent, room was comfortable and clean. Great location to act as a base to explore Tralee, handy to train station and very central to the town.

Service was slow in the restaurant as I think the kitchen were overwhelmed for a weekday, but food was good when it arrived and staff were very friendly.
