"It ok"

Reataurant and breakfsst food was very very good!!Like it!!

Sunday early befor 7am somebody was doing DIY works and wake me up!!Unacatable in such high rated hotel!!

"The hotel is in a good location but didn’t meet expectations"

The location was good.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation and furniture replacement. It could be a 4 star with a little work. I booked a room I liked and got an ugly old room. They did land up fixing it but it shouldn’t be that way.

Some leisure centre facilities not working, (eg. Cold showers, jacuzzi). No soap in public area toilets.
