Lovely spacious caravan, well equips for every day needs. And the added extras really came in handy. Location very good short walk to the main entertainment area. Kids loved it didn’t want to come home

I don’t do reviews but my buddy I went with did, I appreciate it isn't a 5 star hotel in Dubai, below is the review he has compiled but I haven't as of emailing posted it anywhere yet. Firstly this review is given by someone who has plenty of experience in caravans and not a first timer! The price, £245 for just 2 nights out of season, shocking but were left with not many other sites for the same day booking. I did check and if booked direct with the site and not the caravan owner it was £109 for THREE nights, so my fault and lesson learned! So the caravan, outdated, cold and I mean cold! NO heating at all apart from a little gas fire in the lounge, the rooms were truly so cold you could see the condensation when we talked. The water was hot but not very hot, the flow was beyond a joke, I understand the water pressures but that does need looking at, cold water flow was fine but hot was no good. The toilet seat when lifted up fell off in my hands, so a quick repair was needed as when I booked I had a message requesting £100 damage deposit paid straight away in to his bank! In booking confirmation email it shows the owners number, I messaged him and no reply, called him three times and no reply. No beds made up on arrival and no towels! Paying £245 for two nights you’d expect towels and beds made up, in the booking it did not mention about towels so had to purchase towels. I am extremely annoyed paying the equivalent of £125 a night for this dog kennel when looking at the brand new Holiday Inn which is in the centre was just £69 per night, Premier Inn with breakfast was £74 and various guest houses from £35 per night. I am so annoyed that the caravan had no towels, no beds made up and the fact that an igloo would have been warmer I will be requesting the site and anywhere else this guy has it listed is blacklisted.
