Cozy Guesthouse with view from large deck

The guest house was well decorated and comfortable for my short stay in the area. I loved the patio with gates to allow my dog room to roam. The water pressure and shower head in the bathroom were amazing. Lots of pillows to choose from to get comfortable!

The chickens woke my pup, therefore me, prior to 6am. There is highway noise.

Perfect location, five minutes from downtown, extremely private and very well kept. The take a drink leave a drink was an awesome touch! We just had a great time.

It was very clean and cozy. The owner’s were friendly and helpful. The patio was great! It was nice sitting out there in the early evening.

Everything was comfortable, especially the bed.

Dog poop left in the collector pan in plain view on the porch (not our dog). No big deal and just turned it around, but had it been hot, it would have drawn flies.

Nice private apartment that was attractively decorated. All the essentials were available and the host was friendly and helpful. Very pet friendly as the large front porch area was all fenced in and the dog run on the side was great as we could just send our pup out to do her business.

Some minor things that would make it more accommodating would be a couple of suitcase stands and some place to hang up some clothing. Also a curtain on the front door to block the morning sun.

The location was great. The place was very clean, cute, and comfortable. This would be definitely one of our options when we go up to Prescott if it is available. The owners are nice and helpful.

I think it could use a small skillet in there, some coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sweeteners, peper, garlic, and kleenex not complaining, just making suggestions.

The deck is very nice. Great place to hang out. The guest house was cozy and we felt safe. We enjoyed our stay and had privacy although the owners live nearby. The place is decorated in a good manner. Host was pleasant and accommodating. Price was very reasonable. Main bed was comfortable. If the place was cleaned (dust, backsplash, etc) I would definitely stay again.

We did enjoy our stay and think this is a good place to stay. Here are the things that you may want to know. Dirt road to get to house is really bumpy. Driveway is steep. 2nd bed is a couch that folds down. Very uncomfortable, there is a seem in the middle and the two sides are completely different firmness. Bed/couch - wouldn't fit anyone over 5'3". Had a weird smell (maybe old old smoke?, old expired condiments in fridge, noise from busy road nearby. The place is clean but needs some attention to details. You have to go through the bathroom to get to the bedroom (wasn't a big deal for us. but worth noting). Also note there are steps down to the bedroom. The entryway to the bathroom from the bedroom is just a curtain. No stove (hot plates that take forever to heat up). 15 minutes from downtown.
