Stunning- The Nautilus Bungalow Cowes IOW

Beautiful house. Excellent facilities. Lovely garden and outside seating. Central to all Cowes week sailing, shops, restaurants.

Liked everything.

Great location. Really clean. Comfortable bed (didn’t use the second bedroom).

Not suitable for children that require a highchair, or even a dining chair with a back. Alley way to front door is really narrow with stairs, then multiple stairs up to front door - hard with a toddler and a pushchair

We stayed at The Nautilus for two nights while visiting family on the island. We had a lovely stay. It’s compact but just right for two adults and a teenager (it would also be great for a family with two younger kids). The space has been really well thought out – everything you need is there without feeling cramped. The location is really convenient, with loads of local amenities nearby. We enjoyed having plenty of food spots within walking distance for eating out. The kitchen has everything you need to be self catering, there are a couple of supermarkets close by (easy walking distance) too, which made it easy to stock up for snacks and meals. The décor is a real highlight – a fun ocean steampunk theme that adds loads of personality to the space. We had great fun trying to complete a count of how many octopus we could find! And then needing to settle the age old debate of octopuses verse octopi (or is it Octopodes or octopus!). The communication from the hosts was amazing, really clear instructions for finding and using everything we needed (both in advance and during our stay). Would definitely recommend it for a small family or a couple looking for a fun, well-located base for exploring the area!

Charming and beautifully designed property. The host were etremely communicative and I LOVE that they took the time to create how to videos for literally everything in the home. I have never seen this before in any rental. Maybe one video and some basic instructions but they have gone the extra mile in creating such an extremly user friendly home!.
