"Gentrificated area 10 minutes from MOMA 30 minutes from Bernardines Garden"

The apartments are located in recently gentrificated area that is quite interesting to explore. Neighbourhood is feeled like safe and friendly, it was easy to park a car, to get all we need in Maxima XXX and have a nice walk to city center across MOMA and back.

Might be we weren't lucky tonight, but our sleep was disturbed by sounds of driving cars, late walkers after midnight, and some machinery working outside.

"Warm, cozy apartment"

Everything :) It’s very nice, cozy, stylish apartment. There was even Christmas tree inside.

It’s on the fourth floor without elevator (there was no problem for us). There are few free places for parking close to apartment, but if they are full, you can park on a atreet (it cost 0,6 Eur per hour)
