Peaceful Home in Looe with Stunning Views

Has everything we needed, very well presented, clean and comfortable. Perfect location with spectacular views over Looe from the front and a lovely meadow and access to the coastal footpath at the rear. We have stayed in many holiday rentals and this is probably our favourite.

Wow the location and views from this property is outstanding.. sunsets are just one of the features you get blessed with .. if managed to get up and go out to the meadow behind pretty sure the sunrises would be awesome too.. Definitely makes up for those hills and steps .. the bonus is you are definitely fitter leaving than when you arrive in our opinion..

The view from the front was incredible! In the back garden there is a back gate leading to some dog walking fields which another incredible view of the sea. I loved the photos and the plants and lots of games to play.

The back garden needed a mow/maintenance.

The steep hills ha ha

It was really peaceful and larger than I thought it was going to be. It was nice having a large area of public park land at the back of the house. It meant we didn't have to go far to walk our dog. The views were wonderful.

There were more steps up to the house than I thought there was. We had problems getting the TV to work and couldn't get the WiFi password to work even after contacting the owner so had to use our phones as hotspots, luckily the signals were good.

Great location, beautiful scenic flat. Spacious, with essential equipment. Comfortable .

Garden overgrown, health hazard to walk through. Although, the back green is a joy to walk around and see the views of the harbour and the sea. The fridge had a broken door shelf The toilet lid was not fitted properly. It kept on banging on our back. The host should have checked these before letting it out. Of course, no one could fix it . Although we spent 3 nights there.

The house was amazing, with a dedicated parking space which is very rare in Looe. With shops, a local pub and take aways were close by there was no need to go down to the town and pay higher prices. The appliances in the house were first class and the basic cleaning essentials (washing up liquid, sponge, dishwasher tablets etc) were appreciated.

The walk back up the hill from town to the house is very steep, so recommend a taxi unless you are very fit. But the views you get from being on top of the hill are stunning and being away from the crowds is a real bonus for a good night's sleep.
