Fifth floor suite with views from balcony

The condo itself was well kept, very clean and nice views of the water through the treetops from the main bedroom, living/dining area and balcony l.

The condo itself was wonderful. The hallways and main lobby were not air conditioned on 80+ degree days. The pool was lime green for 3-4 days of the trip (not usable) and the pool deck was rather dirty and unkempt the entirety of the stay. The pool and hot tub were actually closed the last two days of our stay due to lack of cleanliness. The lobby area felt more like an extended stay location or a dormitory entrance than a “resort”. No amenities on location, no restaurant, no pool/spa maintenance made it feel far less than the “resort” the building is toting itself as.

Location was perfect, room was just right. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved stargazing from the balcony.

The check out instructions were extra. We are used to a couple of chores like stripping beds, but having to wash and start a dryer full of towels cut into our time the morning of departure as we had to wait for the load to finish washing before we could load dryer. May want to just have some extra towels on hand so people aren’t held up when they want to hit road early.

Loved the location and the size of the property. The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Anything you needed for cooking was provided. The view was amazing. The property wasn't busy at all, we felt like we had the place to ourselves. Can't wait to rebook!

Some items were dated, like the main TV. It was stuck on Closed Caption, which made it hard to scroll through the guide. The Main bedroom tv also did not work at first, the cord was too short to connect to the cable. That was a quick fix with a message to the host, they brought a fire stick. The heat was tricky, it wouldn't set to the temp needed. It got really hot, so we had to open the windows. But nothing ruined our trip, just items that could use some updates.

Location and view

The master bedroom is in extreme need of curtains!! We also had an issue with bugs coming in the same window the last night but the property manager responded quickly.
