It is a scam, i already pay for the stay but the host cant be contacted, the front deak wouldnt let us in without guest authorization form so how could we get in

It was close to everything that I wanted to see and visit while in Manila

The room was a little small and there were too many folding beds in the lounge room and the Television didn’t work.

The unit is conveniently located near the amenities. * There are restaurants, convenience store, hair salon, spa place, and food stalls nearby.

The owner is difficult to deal with after reserving the unit. * There were no clear instructions in the unit, i.e., switching on the power box, who to contact when there's any problem with the unit, the appliances are of a foreign language so we had to use translator to operate them, etc. * The owner's response are late and unclear, i.e., we've requested for a late checkout but, until the day we're about to leave, we never got a confirmation which he promised. He also got our end date wrong. The unit not well-maintained and seems unsanitary. * The unit's door knob is loose and flimsy. * The water heater is broken. * The place had cockroaches, i.e., we caught two during our two-night stay. * The pillows had hair in them. * The sofa is very uncomfortable, i.e., the foam are worn out so it felt like sitting on the seat frame.

I thought i could swim in the swimming pool. But its dirty & cannot use.theres no microwave so its kinda hard.

Staff are friendly

Did not met my expectations

Overall, it’s a good short stay to stay in and close to Mall of Asia

I didn’t like the process of checking in, it took us too long and many questions were ask from us to check in our room.
