Yeah really nice, clean, simple and the few minor issues were addressed and resolved very quickly. Wonderful accomodation

The staff were incredibly rude, the door doesn't lock from the inside, only a code on the front that anyone can access. So I didn't feel safe, and when I received a visit they told me to leave the property and took my money without a refund. This had never happened to me before, I felt terrible! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Brilliant staff and service - little issue with heating and they provided a radiator in minutes! Very clean - and nice to have cleaning wipes provided. All basic provisions… shampoo, soap, washing up liquid etc. Appreciated having 6 plates, bowls etc in a 4 person apartment Nice location for train and city centre

Make sure you get the access code in advance, as it won’t be on booking.com. My fault as i didn’t read the details properly and didn’t chase to get them. But easily fixed by 24 hour phone centre with brilliant staff.

Everything! I felt at home! The cleaning lady is amazing person. The apartment is superb, clean and net with all utilities. Very close to the city centre. I would recommend for everyone.

I can’t complain, I would that a intercom system would be good once I almost lost a Amazon parcel.
