The location of the property was great, it was very central.

The air conditioning was very poor in all rooms and so it was very warm and an uncomfortable stay. The AC did not work at all in the dining/ kitchen area, we reported this when we arrived and were told that a technician would be out the next day. However, they did not send a technician and when the lady arrived she changed the batteries on the remote control (which was working fine) and concluded that she did not know how to fix it. This was very disappointing as we did report and describe what the issue was but they failed to send anyone appropriate or able to fix it. We booked the property as it had a washing machine, however, when we tried to use this it did not work. I messaged the property manager and asked if there were instructions but I received a very rude reply telling me to “Just start it as any other washing machine I don’t have any specific instructions”. This was very unhelpful and after many different attempts, the washing machine would not start and our items were stuck inside with the door locked. They said the technician coming to look at the A/C would fix the washing machine. However, as they did not send a technician, the lady had to pry the door open to retrieve our items and also did not know how to work the washing machine. She said the property manager would send me instructions but I told her I was told that there was no instructions but she assured me these would be sent over but as expected, they were not.

Located in the city center, the apartment is in a great spot — close to everything, with excellent restaurants and bars just downstairs. One of the bedrooms can be noisy due to the central location, but the other is quiet and peaceful, as is the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped, and there’s both a washing machine and a dryer. The fourth-floor walk-up may be challenging for some. Paid parking is available nearby.

The air conditioning, however, was not very effective during hot days.

Liked the location loved the apartment had everything for cooking.

Not recommended for elderly, as the stairs are tough with luggage. Washer was broken, repair people never showed. Lock to door was tough to use, even the lady next door had a tough time, needs slight repair.
