The place was cozy and just enough for 2 people. More than that, it will be too crowded. Minimalist and well-thought out decor, as what a small place would require. Good water pressure and hot shower. More importantly, the places looks well-kept and relatively clean, which we truly appreciate.

*Pools fees should have been initially disclosed, just like the parking fees were disclosed outright. The owner responded and I accepted her explanation. However I had a few other remarks upon checking out that she has not responded to, a couple of which though currently minor issues, would become major ones if not addressed soon. I already gave her the details, but would like to get a response that she’ll take care of it. Because once those are taken cared of, overall I would rate this 10 out of 10!

The condo was small but adequate. It was very clean and stocked with just about everything me and my family needed. The owner even offered to provide snacks and drinks, which was really good.

The bed mattress was absolutely horrible and I never got any sleep. I got up the next day in so much pain from that mattress. The sofa also was not that comfortable but was decent for cheap furniture. I understand the owners want to put cheap furniture to save money but I would rather pay an extra 1k per night to have a comfortable bed and sofa. (something to think about)

This was our 2nd time here, the place is so cute, well taken care of and the host responsive to our inquiries ✨

All the necessary to cook and warm your food, the space is nice and the room is clean, we enjoyed our stay and the security staff is nice, easy to access and the host is super accessible and responsive to our questions ❤️

There's one room pad-locked 🤔 we thought it'll be the complete apartment but for the price is more than okay ✨

The owners designed the place to really make you feel at home. They are very responsive, accommodating and provided all we need for a comfortable stay. They provide free dessert upon arrival(yum!) and have different options for entertainment(netflix, card games). They have almost complete and brand new kitchen stuff.

No convenience store nearby yet but I think construction is ongoing for more facilities. Nevertheless, the owners are very much responsive to any needs you have. I also hope they can replace room curtains with blackout curtains(as the morning sun can be disturbing for those who want to sleep in) and a more comfy pillow(provided pillows are a bit hard and high for our liking)
