"Good location but the apartment needs care"

The location is perfect, right on the harbor with a short walk to Kalsa and the amazing palazzo butera. Neighborhood is safe and close to the main sights without being in the crowded area. Apartment is a spacious two bed, two baths. Second floor with elevator. Potential to be a great place with some updating.

The beds were awful. You could feel every spring. They were also filthy covered in stains. They only had a loose sheet with no sort of cover which is unsanitary. Mattresses need to be replaced! Apartment is showing wear and tear and needs a deep clean. Also not for light sleepers as on a very busy, noisy street.
