Nothing really checked out after 2 nights as not as described on booking or google

Location is not a walk to the beach it is a 1 hour hike. Pool is unusable due to algae and rubbish everywhere Room smelled worse than a damp dog had to get out of there, still waiting on refund from property but never answer any messages or emails, got a good will gesture from booking but that was a fraction from what we payed

Very poor experience It was impossible to rest due to constant and very loud noise from the air conditioning units throughout the night. The hotel and rooms are extremely dirty; the bed and sheets smelled bad, which is unacceptable. The swimming pools are unusable: green water, algae, bad smell and broken motors. Garbage is accumulated at the entrance and in common areas, creating a very unpleasant odor. The location information is misleading. The beach is not 100 meters away as advertised. A wall blocks direct access, forcing guests to walk around 20 minutes to reach the beach. We complained every day during our 13-day stay. We were always told the problems were being fixed, but nothing was ever resolved. Not recommended. The conditions may be harmful to health.

Location frustratingly close to the beach. But there is a 8 feet high wall in between So this means a 2 km walk!! You really need a motorbike / regular taxi.

I don't know what is going on in the block. Some of it looks really classy. Some is full of unpacked boxes. Doors lying open... still unfurnished! All very strange. Reception is only attended occasionally and they have no interest in helping! A very strange, empty building with no heart / life.

it was advertised 100 meters from the beach. it was not the case it took us 15/20 minutes to walk to the beach. the building itself looked tired and the pool was dirty. the room itself was clean but had ants in the cupboard where the plates were kept.the bathroom lighting was poor. and it cost more than staying in a hotel and no complimentary water everyday or towels changed everyday or cleaning . that came as a charge on top if requested.
