Apartment KOZOLEC - best central location

The area felt a bit unsafe with drug activity. Despite detailed instructions with pictures, it was not stated that the entry was on the back side of the building. We were told that we were on the 1st floor but we climbed at least 6 flights of stairs. The mold in the entryway and stairwell was strong.

Spacious flat, good location in the centre, easy to access from the instructions, powerful shower, good WiFi. Great cafe over the road with coffee and croissants early morning.

Overall very tired and needs updating, filthy toilet brush, hair in sink, broken toilet roll holder in both toilets, handles not working on windows and all needed cleaning. Random dirty tea towel left on floor in balcony. The curtains and blinds were all broken so couldn’t keep early light out, the sheets on the beds were worn, scratchy and needed replacing. Pillows were flat and well used. No bedding matched it was all different. The beds all creaked. Kettle broke but was replaced same day. Only one plug for bath and kitchen sink! Lights were random with working bulbs. Owners property everywhere not locked in cupboards, previous renters clothing left there . Owner needs to go through and completely check everything and replace old for new, especially bedding.

Very good location right next to bus station and within walking distance of the city center

More trash bins for the bathroom, only one trash bag left for use with only one in the kitchen. One toilet did not have toilet paper but we had enough to spare from the other.

Huge apartment. Excellent location. Clean and tidy.

교통이 매우 좋습니다 류블랴나 버스터미널에서 가깝고 관광중심지도 걸어서 금방입니다 집이 상당히 넓어요 만족입니다~~

소소하게 손볼곳은 있습니다 전구교체, 커튼 수리 등. 하지만 큰 불편은 없었습니다

Die Bewohner des Hauses sind gar nicht gut auf die Vermietung der Wohnung zu sprechen.
