Apartment KOZOLEC - best central location

Excellent location Very spacious clean 2 bedroom with a large balcony Walkable to town centre in 10 minutes 5 min walk from train station Secure 1st floor location

Host was not very communicative Had to be reminded to send checkin instructions No hot water. We messaged host, but did not hear back. Luckily we only stayed one night. But I would NOT be confident that problems would be addressed during our stay.

A very spacious apartment, warm, with well-demarcated and beautifully decorated rooms, interesting panels on the walls and decorative objects. Kitchen equipped with everything you need, a huge balcony on the entire surface of the apartment. Generous surfaces, lots of storage space. Although the apartment is in a block right on the main artery, the windows on the balcony isolate very well from the street noise. The apartment is located right next to a very large and beautiful hotel, Grand Plaza Ljubljana. Excellent location, in the city center, a few minutes walk to the train station and the bus stop is right in front of the building. Nearby you can find two supermarkets, many shops, terraces and very good restaurants. Near, I found a good restaurant with Slovenian specialties (Čevabdžinica Sarajevo '84 - Ljubljana), 7 minutes walk away, and also, 2 minutes walk away, Burek Olimpia (the famous Slovenian burek, absolutely delicious). Very easy communication with the owners, clear instructions for check-in and easy access to the apartment. It was a short but very pleasant stay.

I recommend paying more attention to cleanliness (whiter towels, cleaning the bed mattresses after each tourist, cleaner bedding). It wasn't a big problem for us, but it's worth insisting on cleanliness in general.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Location, huge flat, responsive owners that promptly fixed the washing machine, nice touch with Xmas decorations

Only one key, Only one pillow per bed, only one towel per person (would like to have an additional small washer towel), beds not too comfy

Location of property and spaciousness of the interior.

The washing machine did not work and we had to keep calling Hosts to come around to fix. The apartment only had one bedroom set up upon arrival however we were two independent travelers and had specifically booked and paid for a two bedroom apartment.
