Far too noisy - neighbours up all night playing music so no sleep. Meant to be verified to stay there ?? - ruined it. Had to leave after 2 nights of no sleep. Waste of money unfortunately

Reception poorly signposted. I thought I had arrived at the back of the building, and on trying to find the front I was encountered by a manager. Instead of the asking of I needed assistance she accused me of trespassing. My name was incorrectly recorded on the sign in sheet and the security personnel at reception informed me he was not qualified to deal with the situation. Had another member of staff that happened to be in the area not assisted I may have not got my room.

The facilities and friendly staff

Noise from student in next room. No bin bags in kitchen

Lovely welcome. Staff were accommodating when had any questions and perfect base for what I needed. The kitchen set up was very well done and love the tech.

The desk chairs were uncomfortable if sitting for a long time.
