Art Heaven-Suite Graneri in Torino Centro

La chambre charmante et belle, joliment décorée, dans un bâtiment exceptionnel, l’emplacement juste parfait, la grande disponibilité et gentillesse de l’hôte. Les ventilateurs à disposition (suffisants en plein mois d’août).

Le lit bancal et matelas peu confortable, l’eau chaude (après tous avoir laissé longtemps l’eau couler, seul la 3e personne en a eu). La wifi ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour, mais selon les autres commentaires normalement ça fonctionne bien.

La situation EXCEPTIONNELLE de l'appartement. Impossible de faire mieux, tous les monuments et les commerces sont à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Idéal pour s'immerger dans cette ville magnifique, au sein de ce quartier vivant. L'architecture de l'immeuble d'un charme incroyable. Possibilité de parking sous l'immeuble à un tarif raisonnable (15€ par jour), mais avec une procédure très complexe (silo automatique, donc évitez d'oublier quelque chose dans votre voiture...) La présence d'une cafetière à capsules est appréciable mais c'est un format propriétaire (Bialetti) qu'on ne trouve pas dans tous les supermarchés à proximité (Carrefour Express, Via Maria Vittoria si vous en cherchez...) La communication globalement efficace et réactive avec les propriétaires, même si tous les problèmes n'ont pas été réglés.

Les lits sont très moyens, beaucoup trop souples. Pas de clim, mais on peut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes car elles donnent sur une cour assez calme. L'eau chaude qui met plus de 5 minutes à arriver jusqu'au dernier étage. Ce n'est pas grave si l'on n'est pas pressé mais ce n'est pas très écolo. Les précédents locataires avaient cassé une clé qui a soi-disant été remplacée sur le trousseau. Heureusement qu'une dame qui habitait l'immeuble nous a ouvert le premier soir car on aurait dormi dehors... Très peu de prises au format européen, problématique si vous avez beaucoup de choses à recharger.

The coziest nook, but still spacious and a grand city palazzo. The location could not be better, a super responsive and friendly host, it was a fantastic stay. Great views over the roofs of beautiful Turin and even the possibility to park your car in this cool underground place. We loved it.

The location is unbeatable, the building is exciting and the apartment is tasteful – completely without the cheap decorations that shame many accommodations. We, a senior Swedish couple, spent 14 nights there in the spring of 2025. We couldn’t have found a more centrally located accommodation in Turin’s old city. Many attractions are within walking distance. In the neighborhood you can find many restaurants with different specialties and price levels. There is also a supermarket. The only thing we missed was a bakery, to get freshly baked bread for breakfast. Art Heaven-Suite Graneri is an attic apartment in Palazzo Graneri, an older palace in good condition with a fantastic staircase (and a slow but reliable elevator). The building houses various businesses: two restaurants, offices and a cultural association that organizes public meetings. None of this disturbs the accommodation, which is secluded at the top of the house. The entrance from the street is open until 9 p.m. and a guard watches over the entrance. At night and on weekends, the gate must be unlocked with a key.

The apartment’s 40 square meters are spacious for two people. It consists of one room, where a toilet and shower have been built in. The sleeping area is in part separated from the rest of the room. The kitchen is more like a kitchenette that does not allow for any advanced cooking. There is no dishwasher, despite it being mentioned in the presentation. We found "free wifi" a bit deceptive. During our stay, the connection worked reasonably well for about 24 hours. The rest of the time it was down. During our two weeks we had no direct contact with the landlord, but received adequate information via email about how to get into the apartment and prompt answers to practical questions (unfortunately always in Italian). The promise to fix a broken lamp was not kept. We were asked to leave the tourist tax in cash in the apartment, but have not yet received a receipt. If you are lucky, you will like the music taste of your closest neighbors and you are able to participate in their discussions, so thin is the the wall between the apartments.

Excellent location at the very heart of Torino and close to all the tourist attraction. The host was attentive and available throughout the check in process and our stay. The apartment had everything that was needed for a stay of a couple of days

The communication with the host was super fast and easy. Beautiful old building with amazing historical vibe and it had an elevator which was super comfortable and rare for such buildings The size of the apartment was pretty decent, easy to move around for 4 people

- No air conditioning at all, not even a regular fan! :( there was a thermostat but the host explained that it didn't work and that the described facilities didn't include AC which is technically correct but honestly it is something basic and if it is not there I would expect it to be stated a bit more clearly. Seriously, it is getting really hot in summer, you can at least buy a regular fan :( Those two nights were terrible, we had to keep the windows open which didn't help much but in addition to that we ended up to be covered in mosquitoes bites - Another basic thing missing: no Wi-Fi or TV channels
