Furnished 2 bedroom apartment in Kilimani

Worst experience ever! Too many things were bad Most of all, owner’s attitude was inacceptable, blaming us instead of fixing issues, from first to last of 8th day, NO SOLUTION provided!!! here’s a list: - No paper at all in none of both the toilets : we had to buy, after 1st night (because we arrived late on Sat night) - Only 1 towel! We were 2 pax, and the apartment can welcome 4! 1 additional towel was dirty, 3rd suspicious - bedroom 2 was locked... Had to ask the key, difficult to find! - Some dirty dishes - Bin in balcony contained some trash - Light in one of the bathrooms not working – we had to share bathroom - Towel in the kitchen smelling bad - Internet expired!! had to call and wait to be refilled with tokens - Power tokens ended!! Had to wait 6 hours to get back!! And to ask security guys to recover it!! no instructions at all to use device! - Water heater works 50% of time! We had 50% cold showers On day 1, we offered to cancel 50% of the stay, = 4 days, and to get 4 days refund --> we had to insist to get an answer, and he didn’t accept the offer!!

The apartment was ideally located. Close to key places I wanted to visit and to the CBD and wetlands. I enjoyed how secure the location felt and how quiet it was. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

The electricity bill was a bit higher than the host expected, as I work from home, and it seems that I used more than previous guests. This led to a few miscommunications that ended up being ironed out. However, the timing of these miscommunications was very inconvenient for me. Aside from this one time, though, the host was very responsive and attentive, and the stay was smooth after this got ironed out.

The host was very helpful, and timely responses. The house is beautiful and clean. The location is very convenient. I would stay here again.

It was good value for money. The apartment had most of the essentials. Great location, and the host was responsive.

I wished if the bathrooms had bidets. Also, the water heater served only one of the 2 bedrooms
