I really like the whole place and the amazing Lake view from the balcony.

We had a pleasant stay here. Its an easy check in & check out process. The view are panoramic. You can see the whole Putra Perdana from here. The whole lake and its surrounding. The facilities like swimming pools, kids playground, pool table, gym & gardens are well maintained. The apartment is spacious, has all the necessities like big screen tv, wifi, well equipped kitchen with cooking essential like stove, microwave, refrigerator & kitchen utensils. Comfortable bed & decent bathroom. It has good view on both sides of of the building. Lots of restaurants and eateries around. Love the lights during the night. We stay during the Merdeka day celebration, so we manage to watch the fireworks on the eve and all the jets & choppers flypast above us.

Just got 1 access card, so the whole family either must stay together or going out together because every entrance & lift must touch the access card to enter or to use the lift. Excess of leftover things from previous guest are not well managed. It is recommended if the host change the bedsheets & pillows cover to white colour so that guest now whether it is new or had been used. Proper cleaning and storing all the equipment will make the place even more organized.

It was spacious with beautiful lake view

Both toilets are not clean.1 of it has few feaces particulars everywhere on the floor. Kitchen sink has oil stains.fridge was dirty inside n outside has alot of finger prints.pillow cases was dirty.floor has food particles with ants.overall our stay was not comfortable.feel like throwing out..wouldnt never come here again
