Alykanas Beach Grand Hotel by Zante Plaza

The pool facilities and spotless rooms.

The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff was welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel was also conveniently located near public transport and restaurants. Breakfast had plenty of fresh options, and check-in was quick and easy. I’d definitely stay here again.

There are numerous loose floor tiles.

Mooi verblijf direct aan het strand. Grote kamer en ruim balkon. Kamer werd iedere dag schoongemaakt. Eten was erg gevarieerd en prima. We kwamen laat aan op onze eerste dag, maar we konden gelijk aanschuiven om nog wat te eten. Op de dag van vertrek vertrokken we vroeg en toen stond er een ontbijtpakketje voor ons klaar. Prima locatie om ook wat van het eiland te zien, alles was op ongeveer een half uurtje rijden.

Kinder zwembadje was erg vies. Werd gelukkig gelijk schoongemaakt en met nieuw water gevuld toen we dit aangaven. Muziek in de avond stond erg hard, daar waren echt oordoppen voor nodig (die we niet bij ons hadden).

Die Lage, das Essen war super.

Die Matratzen waren sehr weich und die Klimaanlage und der Kühlschrank war sehr laut.

The hotel was very comfortable, bed was comfortable, the sun loungers were in very good condition and there were also 2 inch cushions to top the loungers. There was plenty of variety in the restaurant all inclusive and the food was lovely.

What I didn't like was although the food was of very good quality, it was always presented Luke Warm, and there were occasions when I had to ask to have my food microwaved. The alcohol was shocking, I personally didn't drink it. The beer was help yourself and there were only plastic tumblers, which gave you 50% froth and 50% beer. The wine was also server yourself from a tap. Horrible. All spirits were served from the bar, they press a button and a machine filled the tumbler with whatever you requested, plus the mixture.

Wir hatten zwei Reklamationen, die sofort behoben wurden (der Duschkopf, der extrem spritzte, wurde ausgetauscht und fehlende Batterien der Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage wurden unmittelbar zur Verfügung gestellt).

Im Restaurant Bereich war eine erhebliche Lautstärke, und die Bestuhlung und Tische waren nicht in gutem Zustand. Der Speiseraum hatte Jugendherbergscharakter Die Beschallung beim Abend-Animations-Programm war extrem laut und störte die Nachtruhe. Das Essen hätte wärmer sein können.
