Bed was uncomfortable Shower water didn't run away properly No staff uniform in restaurant No separate bar to sit in the evening Lots of wasps everywhere

La posizione,l'ampiezza delle camere, l'abbondanza e la varietà del cibo (non sempre però apprezzabile per gli italiani).

Nessuno parlava Italiano nello staff, non abbiamo potuto godere della vista mare, intanto era laterale, e poi aprendo il balcone c'era il continuo rumore dei motori delle cappe e frigoriferi.

The bed rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The bar staff were friendly and helpful.

The food was not nice and it didn't seem fresh. It tasted like as if the food had been reused from the previous day. On one of the days we stayed, a dead rat was discovered in one of the sit down areas from eating, I was really disappointed by this. The food hall felt like a canteen and there was an unpleasant smell..morning, noon and night. The food and drink quality was poor as it was not well known drinks on offer not even proper coca cola. I felt really let down by my stay as it was costly and I didn't feel like I got value for money. Due to the poor food , we opted to eat in a restaurant most nights which defeated the 'all inclusive' purpose as the food was not up to standard. A lot of wasps emerged out side the sun bathing area, which was irritating as you could not relax properly. The bathroom door in the bedroom had a gap in which you could visibly see somebody use the toilet. The front hotel staff were not friendly, they lacked any emotion and at times you felt like you were bothering them by asking a question. I felt this was poor customer service.

Prachtige locatie aan de zee. Vriendelijk personeel dat heel hard hun best deed voor de gasten van het hotel.

Wonderful staff, good location, fabulously spacious bedroom

Looked tired outside, food was mediocre at best. Drinks the same. Bar was within restaurant and didn’t feel like a bar as such. Bathroom / toilet door was made of frosted glass and there was a massive gap so anyone in the main bedroom could see you on the loo which wasn’t very comforting! We were all inclusive but skipped one meal and only ordered one drink each and took ourselves off to somewhere which felt a bit less ‘Benidorm on a budget’ - I feel bad saying this as the staff really were lovely but the dining and drinks situation really let the place down. School canteens are more luxury. There were more people than tables so people were just loitering and willing you to hurry up so they could sit down. We were only passing by on a one night stay - I’m not sure how I would have coped if we’d booked a week.

Pyszne jedzenie miła obsługa ,pomocna.

Fajnie by było ,aby znajdowało się pomieszczenie do posiedzenia prócz recepcji jak np deszcz pada lub jest chłodniej.
