Intimate. Great value !! I arrived at 4:30 am on Friday as my bus arrived almost 8 hours delayed due to mud slides from the rains . Very grateful that a staff member was waiting for me and just got me to the room immediately. And mentioned to me just register in the morning Great wait staff Terrific Sunday night entertainment. I was surprised more guests was not there to enjoy but more advertisement in the rooms required.

As a suggestion. Provide guests a minimum 2 large towels and a couple 3 towels . ( basically one more towel than the number of guests) The entrance are pot holes full of mud and water especially around rainy season. talk to the municipal authorities to put asphalt . Also advertise with guests that the Banos de Los Incas is within 15 min walking distance as this is a tourist destination for the city . In fact I would see if you can work out a promotion with a 25 % discount entrance fee . Consider offering massage services by request as the area is ver relaxing. Offer 1 or two complimentary bottles of water .

Beautiful gardens and mountain scenery. Attentive and friendly staff. Easy access to town of Baños del Inca on foot or with a motortaxi.

Pictures of rooms are extremely flattering and misleading. We stayed in a garden view room with scuffed office-style carpets, a dirty bathroom with loose fittings, and mould up the bedroom walls. Advertised king-size bed was just two singles pushed together. No basic hotel amenities such as water glasses or a hair dryer. Room was cold at night with no heating options. This is in no way a 4 star hotel, neither by Peruvian or international standards. The garden is lovely but covered in dog excrement. Lamentable breakfast of coffee essence, flask of tepid water, a few slices of cheese, and bread with rats for company. This could be such an amazing hotel, but it's tired, neglected and dirty. Such a disappointment.

Impressive location, super comfortable room (2 bathrooms in a room for 4, each has his own bed). Beautiful surroundings, beautiful house, with lots of plants, playground for children and you could see horses, cows and very kind dogs.
