Location, Stay, Rooms, Cleanliness, Size of the room, breakfast, staff behaviour & service was really very good. I will definitely visit again and will surely recommend this place to my friends and family members.

We ordered a alacarte food (starter) and was not satisfied when compared to the breakfast items which they provided.

The customer service at this resort was exceptional. They were able to create a full itinerary for me for 2 days of exploring Wayanad with a complete Taxi Driver at a pre-negotiated price. Excellent service all around from everybody. Specific and special call out Noor, who personally assigned himself as my Special Assistant throughout my stay and constantly being accessible. This was an amazing Resort and I recommend it to anyone who watches to have a nice getaway in Wayanad, Kerala, India

I would appreciated more activities that could be done on the resort and maybe some things for solo Travelers, but to stay was very nice. Also, I the book day room that was of average accommodation, but it was a little dirty and the spring bed was a bit uncomfortable, but still no major complaints and the service greatly made up for everything!
