Nice place, perfect location in the heart of Monopoli historical cente, very clean, functional, quiet! We had a very nice time and a pleasant stay!

We booked both apartments to accomodate our family of 6. This worked well for us as there is one common door on ground level, one level up is entry to one apartment, above that another apartment with terrace on the third level accessible through only this apartment We could leave the internal front doors open and use the spaces altogether. The main bedroom is spacious and the lounge room has a tv and big fold out sofa. Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dining table. Basics are provided including coffee to make italian espresso. The terrace has great water views with a table setting under covered pergola as well as two sunbeds. Both apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, overlooking a quaint courtyard amongst the locals whilst being in the Heart of Monopoli as the name states. Walking distance to the myriad of cafes, restaurants, stores, piazzas, the old port, and everwhere within the charming and lively centre storico. Short 10 minute walk outside of the centre to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and lots more cafes, restaurants etc. We had a car and were able to find parking just outside the control zone, sometimes free and other times a few Euros per hour. The property manager, Cristiana, communicated well and is lovely and helpful, providing her recommendations. Overall fantastic stay in Monopoli and would definitely recommend one or both apartments for larger groups.

The property was in an amazing location. For a family of 4 it was very comfortable with a gorgeous roof top terrace. The sea for 20m away and all of Monopolis restaurants and bars surrounding.

I picked this apartment due to the advertised balcony which had photos of outdoor tables and d chairs and an umbrella. On arrival I was told it’s not available as the owner was using it. I would not have booked this apartment if I knew this and it was very disappointing.

Only having 1 key between 4 people staying is something that could be better if we stayed again. Allows more flexibility for 2 people to go out separately.
