GBWe were upgraded to a suite for 2 nights of our stay which was a bonus. The staff went out of their way to be kind and looked after us very well. The staff were aware it was my birthday whilst staying there and made a special effort to celebrate and made a wonderful cake for which I am and was very grateful. If it wasn’t for the incessant noise this would have been our favourite hotel on this trip.
We weren’t informed when we booked the hotel that there was a building site which was very loud next door to the hotel. We would never had booked if we had known as we went there to relax. Our room overlooked the site and we couldn’t use the lovely balcony as every time we went out the builders looked up and also it was far too loud to sit and relax. We were moved to a room further away but it was still loud and so we curtailed our stay to 3 instead of 4 nights. I might add the hotel did not charge us for the night we didn’t stay.

Every thing is good as expected.
NPLinens and room environment was not good. Was totally different from the photos and in real. Not so clean and most dissappointing thing was ciggrette smell all over the room.
