Tunnage Square Apartments by EPIC - Liverpool ONE

The facilities were good especially the shower, and ut eas in a good location

Needs a touch up in some areas,oven tray had old food in also needs decent lighting infront of mirrors and lock box needs replacing as we spent 15mins looking for something that didn't exist 🫣

The location is excellent and the apartment is well decorated

Issues accessing apartment. I received the code to enter the building and was told I would use the same code to get my key card from a lock box at my door. However there was no lockbox. From phoning Epic, they said the box had been broken and someone would be round to let us in. The Epic representative arrived within 10 mins and let us in to the room, but they could not provide us with a key as a new one needed to be made. We were forced to remain in our room for nearly 2 hours, delaying our plans for our one night stay in Liverpool.

Vessan tuuletin piti ärsyttävän kovaa ääntä. Ruoanlaittoastioissa olisi hieman parantamisen varaa, esim. paistinpannu oli todella pieni.

Die Lage ist perfekt

Das dritte Bett (Schlafcouch) ist leider absolut nicht brauchbar. Die couch ist so dermaßen durchgelegen und verbraucht, dass es unmöglich ist darauf zu schlafen. Also hat uns schlicht weg ein Bett gefehlt. Auf Rückfrage habe ich leider keine sinnvolle Antworten erhalten und sich dem Problem angenommen hat sich auch niemand.

Good location

Sheets were clean,rest of bedding were badly stained with body fluids etc.The pull out sofa bed was soiled badly which we could not use.The lounge & kitchen floor were dirty & sticky. Great location for bars,restaurants etc.unfortunately,outside noise interfered with sleep. We showed photographs of issues to management but have not received any formal apology or refund as yet?

Otelde sevilecek hiçbir şey yoktu. Sayısız ülke gezdim sayısız otele gittim. Oldukça kötü bir oteldi. Hiçbir arkadaşıma tavsiye etmem.Hatta bu otel yüzünden bir daha booking kullanmayı düşünmüyorum.
