It was very cheap and had all of the facilities I personally needed. It has a personal shower and toilet.

It was somewhat dirty. The A/C blew weak and needs to be cleaned.

The location was great—close to everything I wanted to visit but still in a quiet area, so I wasn’t disturbed by traffic noise. The room was simple, but it had everything I needed: comfy bed, clean bathroom, and a small desk to work at. The hotel also offered a small pool, which was a nice surprise! Staff was friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants. It’s not the most luxurious, but for the price, it definitely meets all expectations for a great budget hotel.

The rooms are small but very cozy, and they provide all the basics, including fresh linens and towels. The hotel itself is located in a vibrant area, close to both restaurants and public transport. What stood out the most was the lovely park just outside the hotel—perfect for a morning stroll. The staff was incredibly friendly and always happy to assist with anything I needed. If you’re looking for a solid budget option with a relaxed atmosphere, this place is a great choice.

I understand the value this hotel is trying to provide—compact rooms at a low price point—and I appreciate that. However, there are non-negotiable issues that make this property a hard no for me. Dishonest Payment Practices – After confirming my booking on Booking.com, which clearly stated that payment could be made at the property, I was suddenly asked to pre-pay before arrival. The hotel emailed me multiple times, saying my booking was on hold and that I might not get a room if I didn’t pay in advance. Changing the payment policy after booking is misleading and unacceptable. Suspicious Request for Booking PIN – At check-in, the manager insisted on getting both my Booking ID and the PIN from Booking.com, despite me already providing the OYO confirmation number and Booking.com confirmation number. This is a huge red flag, as sharing both allows someone to modify or cancel your booking. Many reported scams involve this tactic, with some properties even manipulating guest reviews after the stay. After a long argument, they finally allowed me to check in, but the fact that I had to fight for it is unacceptable. Severe Hygiene Issues – This was the worst part. The room was infested with cockroaches—not just a few, but dozens crawling everywhere, including on the bed. The blankets and bedsheets were filthy, clearly not washed. Sleeping here was a nightmare, with cockroaches crawling over me during the night. This level of hygiene is beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable, regardless of price. Misleading Room Photos on Booking.com – The photos on the website are completely inaccurate. The room I received was at least 75% smaller than the “Standard Double Room” shown on Booking.com. The actual room was cramped, barely had space to move, and nowhere near what was advertised. This is outright false advertising and a scam.
