Nothing I liked about the hotel at all

Staff were rude Hotel next door to a nightclub Rooms do not look anything like the photos on booking.com

Nothing that I like. It’s a terrible hotel. I felt cheated as this was promoted as a 4 Star hotel. The hotel name as Super Hotel O Sakinaka do not exist and the real name is Sunrise residency

Terrible hotel. Very bad odor

Most irresponsible and careless staff. We reached the hotel location as per Google Maps and could not find the hotel and the staff were not helpful at all. They just refused to help us find the hotel by bluntly replying Hotel is full and we cannot accommodate you. Contact Booking.com for any further clarifications and queries on your booking . We had a confirmed booking and paid an advance amount as well n also received several correspondences and emails from both Booking.com and the hotel directly that our booking is confirmed and they await to welcome the guests.

The rooms are clean, Nice clean and big rooms.well property to stay. Nice and tidy friendly staff and a wonderful stay.

A truly relaxing and enjoyable room and This hotel overall has a great feel.

Only thing was the shower was good.

1. The reviews are not representative of the place. 2. The room was very small. 3. The night club next door going until 1.30am with the music vibrating the wall was not great for sleeping. The staff told me this doesn't normally happen but found out later, the nightclub is like this on Friday and Saturday nights. 4. Difficult to find and the booking.com hotel name is not the same as the actual hotel name. 5. The internet speed was ridiculous 6. The room needed a deep clean. 8. They had a kettle in the room but no cups or tea or coffee etc 9. TV was almost falling off the wall and taped up.
