"Don't let the outside picture fool you! You don't want to pass up this little gem!"

This is a very nice, updated and clean little bungalow. The check in process was very easy and the owner is very responsive. This is a gem of a property.

I actually wished there were wash cloths and paper towels available. The WIFI was not very strong. If you require internet for working purposes it might be too slow for uploading documents.

Loved the personal touches to the property location was perfect took my daughter for her birthday and we had an amazing time

We loved Everything… all details were very well thought of to make sure our stay was comfortable! We were surprised that it had a comal and a pack and play! Location was everything… we were literally minutes from the beach, minutes from the Hard Rock Hotel and we got to enjoy the guitar light show, and minutes from Hollywood Beach boardwalk! It was also 25 min from downtown Miami and we got to sight see and shop at Bayside Market.

Needs washer and dryer and would be 100% perfect but this didn’t negate the property at all. We knew what to expect since we saw it didn’t have a washer and dryer.

It was easy to find with a good parking situation. The flat was clean and well-equipped. We got clear instructions, and the host stayed in touch the whole time.

It is close to the railway, and the cargo trains are noisy if you are a light sleeper. But it goes only a few times per day.
