New Modern Luxurious 2Bedroom in Eastwood

The apartment never been considered as brand new or modern!! The advert details are ‘Total misrepresentation’ The owner contact number stated in the Booking.com contract was called many times in the first 3 days to try and sort all the issues - NO ONE EVER ANSWERED - What a joke!! 3 chairs are broken and dangerous. 2 Air con leaking - need to repair 3X and disturb our stay The stove never been heated and it took 20mins to cook sunny side up egg!!! The sink in the kitchen constant smell of drains - we need to put a lot bleach to try to reduce the disgusting smell Cabinet and drawer are falling apart Desk in lounge broken and dangerous 2 Hairdryers did not work Never mentioned the swimming pool need to pay Php200 per head for adult. After series of complaints to owner give us 5X complimentary for one adult. I spent many hours on calls to Booking.com Customer service over 6 days, where I was constantly left on a line for upto and hour without any response or solution. A full Complaint was submitted to Booking. Com who responded after some 10 days The owner responded to my e mail after 3-4 days and ACCEPTED NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OF THE ISSUES. They are lying regarding the property, I would never consider staying at this property or dealing with the owners again. Booking.com should take more responsibility for advertising and selling something so far away from its description.

The place is well maintained, clean and great place to stay! The host is so accommodating even we arrived late evening.

The location was great. Great view of the city. Kitchen had all the tools we need.

The furniture is falling apart, the AC smells old and dusty, and the room had a strong stale smell that made it feel unclean upon arrival. The range hood is not working. Pool is not accessible by guests. Toilet rolls were not provided.

The location was great. So close to Eastwood mall, restaurants and shops and the property agents were quick to respond to any issues. The property also had swimming pools.

Unfortunately some of the furniture was falling apart when we arrived (e.g. drawers coming undone and loose bed frame). During our stay the AC units frequently dripped water and we had to use a bucket. Also, there were unwanted pests like cockroaches that frequented the rooms. The indoor pool shown on the picture was also not available for guest use only tenants. I also wished we received a copy of the house rules earlier in the booking and not a few days before as that may have influenced our stay.

Location is amazing close to everything, the flat was clean and tidy, the hoste was very helpful and all the reception staff too. Thank you very much and we will definitely comeback.

The building is new and modern, the unit itself is clean and beds are comfortable, the location is great, shops and restaurants are all walking distance. The concierge and security guards are all nice and polite.
