The location was great, accessible to food along the same street. You can easily find food from Gojek app. Laundry services outside were easy to reach as well. The staff were so helpful, was able to address our concerns promptly and friendly towards everyone.

We initially had issues with the toilets in our room of level 5 (weren't flushing properly). We got the staff to come and check up on it and we told them that considering it appeared to be a big plumbing problem, we asked to be moved to different rooms. The hotel staff communicated with me couple of hrs later on whatsapp and we were offered to be moved to level 8. It was great that the staff listened to our concerns and addressed them appropriately.

A great place for a short stay to visit the surrounding temples, a great hotel with a rooftop pool, the hotel staff was always very nice and helpful in organizing transport to nearby temples, I recommend it.

Quite possibly the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at, at this price point. Lovely staff. They're mostly young but very respectful. I stayed a week and was sad to leave.

I'm struggling to find a negative....but maybe the housekeeping could have a little more eye for detail. Making the room but leaving the trash can full, for example. Not a big deal for me to do it myself.
