Hotel O Well Quest Palace Private Limited

I like the hotel, everything was fine but one thing I would like to mention that they demanded for extra money other than at the price at which I booked the hotel. They say we can't provide you the room at such a minimum price at which you have booked. I booked the hotel at Rs 341 for one night and I confirmed from the hotel owner one day before check in that whether they ask for extra money or not, he said if you come at proper check in time that is 12' o clock in afternoon then we will not charge any extra money then I said Ok But when next day I come to the hotel they said we will not provide you the room at such minimum rate, we charge at least Rs 1000 for one night then I said I have confirmed about the price and you said you will not ask for any extra money and give us the room at the same price at which I have booked but they denied and we have to pay double money from the price at which we have booked.

Hotel room is fine but the bathroom is quite bad, the door of bathroom was not having proper lock and there was a bit cleaning issue also

Everything on the property was quite good . Rooms are massive . AC working very well

Bathroom need repairs , all fitting broken . Toilet flush kept on leaking . Also they did provided clean towel but not water bottle , as provided in most hotels . Also WIFI was on but internet not working . Also they showed 300 rs for AC room which i booked but when I reached hotel started to ask 1000Rs . I was for exams so paid it .

it was a horrible property

1. owner charged extra money for AC 2. most of the taps in bathroom were broken 3. toilets weren’t cleaned 4. whole room was smelly 5. electricity was going off constantly and due to this AC was switched off. 6. rude staff
