Coastal 2 bedroom maisonette with parking

As described, everything made easy by host, good location and value. Easy to wander to the centre, Harvester Inn was a nice spot

Nothing except that some old info included a sofa bed in the description but it is out of use (sofa still v good) - host immediately apologised and offered to bring trundle bed from one of the bedrooms to downstairs but this was easy ourselves

Location was perfect for us. Friendly informative communication. Amazing kitchen, with everything you could possibly need. Huge queen size bed (I think) with lovely comfortable mattress.

A bit of tlc in places

The property was nice and clean. Near to beachfront. We enjoyed our stay.

it's the second time I've stayed here now and won't be the last, I've lived in Eastbourne for 6 years moved back up north now. I've stayed in many hotels around the area but if you want something more homily this is the place. Sandra the host is quick to help with any off your needs.

Hot water pressure very slow.

Everything about this maisonette met our needs and exceeded our expectations. It is tastefully furnished and had a home ambience. Area is quiet, as were the neighbours. An information folder is provided, there is a designated parking space and everything a home needs is provided. Host was courteous, responsive and helpful. We did not want to leave tbh.

Location was perfect for what we wanted. Communication with our host was regular and welcoming. The house was warm and comforting when we entered. Information pack was excellent and covered everything we would wanted to get the best out of the facilities which were comprehensive All in all, exactly what we wanted and we would come back.

Nice neat little property, well cared for. Warm and cosy. Had everything we needed.

The towels could have been a bit bigger!
