A Place to Create Lasting Family Memories

The home was centrally located to all the places we needed to go. It was clean and spacious.

I am from an area with central air and heat. The home is listed as have air conditioning which really it has a cooling unit in one room. I thought that was misleading.

The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Very close to SDSU. The owner was very responsive.

The kitchen supplies could use a refresh. Some common items were missing. Some softer light options in the living room would be nice.

Tidy and clean home with all the facilities we required.

We liked the layout and amount of beds. The kitchen and laundry was nice. The flowers in the backyard were pretty. Quiet neighborhood. The bathrooms and bedding were clean. The host was informative and responsive. The checkin was smooth.

Property is private but 2 other rental houses are on the lot. The house smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and cleaning chemicals on arrival. The walls, floors, furniture, and some dishes were not clean. Smoke alarm was missing. The yard is unkept (weeds, broken furniture). The inside doors lock with keys, so you have to be careful that children don't twist the lock (one door is damaged and broken from what appears to be from previous guests trying to pry the door open).

The house and the atmosphere in the house do not match the photos and description. Inconvenient and not cozy. Very cramped, narrow corridor, low ceiling. If you are a tall person, then take care of your head. The fan in the living room hangs dangerously close. The entrance to the house from the parking lot is directly to the bedroom. There was a coffee machine, but there were no capsules for it and the owner did not answer for two days. However, after the capsules were delivered, we could not really enjoy the coffee, the coffee machine requested service. There were dishwashers and washing machines, but also without powder. They were delivered by the third day of our stay. The handle for opening the water in the shower is not working. It turns with difficulty. I did not like the area. There are many nicer areas in San Diego..

We don’t like that we had to do disinfecting to the home upon arrival. And really recommend a new cleaning service if you’re currently hiring one because they are not cleaning your home properly. That aside we loved our stay.
