Bougain Villa Resort Park By Dream Villas

We liked the location, in serene environments of backwaters of Bhatgar dam. The property is near the lake and you can walk down to the lake. One can walk around on the main road, which does not have much traffic too. The access road from Bhor was good although narrow, but that did not matter as there was not much traffic (we visited in weekdays, so this may be different on weekends and holidays). The drive from Bhor takes 30-45 minute and is very scenic. The staff was very friendly and provided kettle and spare blanket and bed sheet on request which was missing. In particular, the food was very good. We are old people, so we did not want flashy food, but wanted hot and hygienic food. We got hot freshly made chapatis, well made Palak Paneer and hot Dal khichadi and Dahi. Particularly, dahi was good and we were not expecting that. The morning buffet breakfast was adequate. While limited in variety, we had alu-poori, upma, bread with butter and jam and tea and coffee - all served hot. Overall, it was a satisfying stay

Some amenities were not there initially in the room, such as electric kettle and spare bed-sheet and blanket for third person. These were provided when we asked for it. There were no hangers in the cupboard. One should also keep in mind that it becomes rather cold in December in night and having more than one blanket may be useful

The location, Great Lake view, crisp unpopulated air, quietude.

Housekeeping facilities needs to be fast. Should include more items in breakfast menu. Rest very nice stay.

The place is awesome. It is on the slope of hill in front of the lake. Very beautiful location. Greenery all around.
