Location and overall unit condition was very good. Bike parking uner building was cheap if you do over a week and we'll worth the peso. Easy walk to Ayala mall...

Very poor communication conflicting instructions on where to leave key. Host was extremely rude as I followed intrustions as per 5 plus emails on key deposit location. Also told that thr unit I rented was not the ons listed on booking.com .....leaking toilet water washer as well but nothing that concerned me.
