The room did not have an Ice Bucket or glasses. No coffee maker. No wash clothes only one hand towel and 2 bath towels. They ran out of coffee at the beginning of breakfast. The room was very small. No comfortable chair. No microwave. There was zero outside sitting not even a bench. I had to stand up outside to smoke. I will never book with them again and I travel alot for work and I'm in a long distance relationship so I spend alot of money on hotels. I much prefer Mariot hotels and Hilton has lost my patronage. I was very disappointed.
USUSUSUSMy biggest problem was that they did not have any beverages snacks Gatorade’s which I really did need or toothpaste or any of those necessities that regular hotels have that you can purchase. The lobby smelled sour and was not fresh. This was a birthday trip for me to see an artist at the state fair and it was a big let down. I have stayed at other Tru properties and I have never experienced anything like this.
