There is camera installed in the living room, this shall be not allowed. Swimming pool heating option was not available although it was an option given by the Owner during reservation ( paid 40 Eur extra a day) . Thus pool cannot be used and this was the key factor to chose this apartment! Alarm was ringing at 04:50 morning due to smoke detector faults, awaking everybody. Coffee machine didn't work, and this was not fixed for the whole stay. Most of the doors shall be greased as they give terrible noise when operated. Contact with the Owner difficult.

beautiful and comfortable house. Everything is there for a comfortable life. We recommend a place to stay. Great place for a barbecue.

Wi Fi in the upstairs rooms is very poor

Location was fantastic. Property and pool were great. Super Levada walk down the road. Wonderful rural location which is what we were after (may not suit everyone).

A heads up about entering the property via the key box to get the gate opener to access the road to the property with a vehicle. A couple of issues we had were dealt with extremely quickly.

Very clean and Dmitry looked after us very well.

bbq wasn’t particularly ease to use and the dishwasher didn’t do the job - needs to be replaced. Also beware, especially if visiting with young kids, that during the winter months that house needs 1-2 full days to fully warm up as it is only heated with one a/c. Also on day 2 of our stay lots of ants appeared in the kitchen and it was somewhat unpleasant - hope this gets addressed v soon.

Lovely place, clean & tidy. Private & quiet.

The info about the property was misleading. It says that a heated swimming pool is available, however, we were denied that based on the fact that it was a short stay (3 days). If we knew that prior to making a booking, we would not have chosen this place. Furthermore, host was not attentive to messages & rather than getting a response we had to chase the host & send over the same messages again & again. Requested a later check out if possible & got no response. Property itself is great. Host not so much.

Big, beautiful, and clean House. Everyone will find a place for himself. Very nice view of the Ocean. The barbecue place was fully prepared. Although it was a little bit higher and a little bit colder the sun was shining in the garden warming it all. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, oven, etc. There was also coffee and oil in it. We really enjoy it all.
