Sebastian`s stylish apartment in old town

Апартаменты находятся недалеко от центра, но на холме. Необходимо иметь это в виду. Довольно хорошая слышимость. Если кто-то сидит или курит во дворе, это очень слышно.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great, central location — very clean and comfortable. Check-in was super easy, and the internet was fast and reliable. After a long day of exploring the city, relaxing in the bathtub was a real treat. The apartment overlooks a charming courtyard where local Tbilisi residents live, and it was generally peaceful and quiet. There's also the sweetest dog in the yard — incredibly friendly and always up for cuddles. If you stay here, you'll gain a lovely furry friend too :)

The flat is located close to the city center and other attractions, there are many nice cafes and restaurants, as well as local stores, but the neighborhood is quiet and chilled. The flat is perfect for short-medium stays for couples, it has good kitchen and laundry facilities, the bathtub is a special bonus. The Watermelon dog lives close by (another special bonus). The host is friendly and the communication was clear.

Stylish interior, clean and tidy inside) . The flat has a comfortable workspace. Beautiful courtyard inside) You can walk to the centre in 10 minutes, there are grocery shops nearby.
